By using Saathi (the "service"), operated by Dugmates, you agree to these terms.

1. What Saathi is

Saathi is an automated, AI-powered habit companion on WhatsApp. It offers general guidance and encouragement for everyday habits. It is not medical, mental-health, nutritional, legal, or financial advice, and not a substitute for a qualified professional.

2. Acceptable use

Use Saathi for your own personal habit goals, lawfully and in good faith.
Don't misuse, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the service.
You must be 18 or older to use Saathi.

3. No guarantees

Saathi provides general suggestions; results depend on you and your circumstances. We don't guarantee any specific outcome, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Always use your own judgement, and consult a professional for medical, mental-health, or financial decisions.

4. Trial & payment

Saathi may offer a free trial and, in future, paid plans. Any pricing and refund terms will be shown to you before you are charged.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dugmates is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

6. Ending use

You can stop anytime by asking Saathi to pause, or by deleting your data. We may suspend access for misuse or to protect the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
